Android Studio Jellyfish: If you don't have a design palette remake your project as an Empty Views Activity

The "Empty Activity" you were asked to create in previous videos won't have an xml file so the design palette won't appear. Empty Views Activity is a better equivalent to what's used in this tutorial today
